岗位职责：
1、参与公司项目后端研发；
2、参与需求分析与设计；
3、按照公司规范对代码进行测试，保证交付代码质量；
4、指导初级开发人员完成系统设计和开发工作；
任职要求：
1、有互联网电商项目经验者优先；
2、Java基础扎实，了解JVM，多线程；
3、了解springboot 、springcloud，读过框架源码者优先；
4、熟练使用MyBatis，springmvc；
5、了解分布式架构，了解缓存，消息，负载均衡等级制；
6、熟练使用Tomcat、jetty等应用服务器；
7、能够熟练操作Nginx、Linux系统；

The abroad local commission agent specializes in market development, marketing PR, and channel management to achieve sales target. the detailed respondiblities are as follow:
1. Make marketing stragegies for the target region and market on the basis of company strategy
2. Development, establishment and management of local channels and partners network, inlcuding but not limited distributor, reseller, SI, ISV
3. Assist in the establishment of a local after-sales and maintenance service system
4. Project clues generation, discovery and follow up to facilitate the project's implementation
5. Collection of market information, analysis of competitive dynamics, reporting to company management to assist in the adjustment of the company's products and marketing strategies
6. Cooperate with the company's internal R&D, product,market and other departments
